One of our top skills is the remote organization of events in different parts of the world. For more than 10 years, the team has been organizing events around the globe in various formats - offline, online, and in person.
For instance, in October 2022, our team organized an event for Zendesk in Tel Aviv (Israel) as part of the Zendesk Customer Event entirely remotely.
The brief
To host a Zendesk Customer Event for clients and partners in Tel Aviv (Israel)
The approach
The event included:
- Business section, including the keynote address and success stories from Zendesk clients;
- Zendesk Awards nominations and celebration;
- Networking section for casual and informal discussions between Zendesk partners.
Our team was responsible for the following:
- Development of the event concept, including all visual materials, customized avatars for LI profiles in the style of the brand, SWAG (participants package, speaker package, nomination winners package)
- Organizing the registration process (compilation of lists of participants, distribution by category of participation, production of name badges);
- Selection and management of the catering;
- Event area design and decor, including branding;
- Managing all of the essential services and personnel on the site.
