PIKOBARA has been working with Zendesk for over 4 years, and it has consistently been one of our most interesting projects. It all began with small campaigns for individual countries, including Poland and Latvia, and evolved into a complete 360 marketing partnership that involves the entire Eastern Europe, Emerging markets and Mediterranean regions – from Hungary to Middle East and Africa.
As a part of our work for Zendesk we have covered the entire spectrum of marketing activity. We’ve created marketing campaigns for various segments of the market that involved multiple media platforms, analyzed customer data and media fields, localized global Zendesk content for regional campaigns, and curated offline and online events.
The brief
The key goal is to highlight the brand in Eastern Europe and Mediterranean, taking into account local trends and priorities, and provide a lead generation campaign. Marketing support in the following directions: digital support, PR, events, analytics, production.
The approach
We've been developing and maintaining marketing lead generation campaigns for Zendesk for a long time and these are just a several of the works we provide on a regular basis. Digital marketing: targeting promo global wide (FB, YT, LI), partnership with industry business platforms – banner support, third party promo, direct marketing Original campaigns landing pages (incl. design, development and support). PR: email nurturing program, success stories, whitepaper promo, content syndication. Analytics: data sourcing & enrichment, analysis of media, market research Production: production of SWAG, photo/video production, content localization. Events: full circle of offline event organization for EE & MED, selection of the most relevant industry third party events and enrollment organization, attracting speakers to perform at events.
