One of our core competencies lies in efficiently managing events globally. For instance, in February 2024, we facilitated C Teleport's participation in the industry event AIR OPS 2024 in Brussels, Belgium, and in March, we provided comprehensive marketing support for their attendance at the NBAA event in Texas, USA.

The brief

Organizing offline participation at the huge industry events in a new for C Teleport markets for the lead generation and growth brand awareness in industry - AIR OPS 2024 in Brussels, Belgium and NBAA 2024 Texas, USA.

The approach

Pikobara's team provided comprehensive marketing support focusing on key areas:

Exhibition support. We aided C Teleport in selecting the right booth location by conducting a thorough analysis of the venue, understanding the customer journey map, identifying competitor positions, and choosing options with the highest guest traffic. We also assisted in optimizing and branding the booth to maximize visibility and differentiate it from other exhibitors.

Merchandise production. We assisted in selecting merchandise items that aligned with the brand's image, catered to the target audience's interests, and matched the event's aviation theme. The merchandise was categorized to suit different types of participants. All merchandise was sourced from local suppliers within a short timeframe, which streamlined the process and met tight deadlines.

Lead generation activities. Additionally, we helped with an engaging lead generation activity – a lottery for exhibition attendees. Participants were required to submit their business cards for a chance to win, thereby generating potential leads. The outcome was nice, the company received more than 100 direct contacts. Notably, the lottery was exclusively organized for C Teleport, enhancing its brand visibility.
