The best parties from Ballantine's are back for the whole 10 days. We were responsible for making sure everybody who is online knows about it. For a month we provided online announcements of the parties as well as direct communication of the brand with the guests.

More than 3,400 guests attended the parties, the brand's social networks were increased by 1,400+ people, and guests sent more than 2,000 messages in a special event chat.

The approach

To ensure the visibility of the parties, we have developed and implemented a strategy of the presence in all available digital channels, including the creation of a landing page design, the development of CRM send outs, engaging activations for a branded chat-bot, an advertising campaign on YouTube and Instagram, announcement materials for social media and activities to generate mentions. We also provided support for communication with users, including solving technical issues, providing information about the event lineup and involving activities in a private guest chat.
